Hello! My name is Kylie Howell and I’ve been a licensed cosmetologist for almost 12 years now! I specialize in blonding services such as natural lived in highlights and balayage but I also love doing bright vivids and textured razor haircuts. I love creating a relaxing environment for you to feel beautiful and confident in your own skin. I take time to listen to clients concerns and really work with you to achieve your desired look while maintaining the integrity of your hair. That is my #1 goal! For the last several years I was working with an amazingly talented team outside of Washington DC. While there I took continuing education classes every month in color theory, cutting techniques, and product knowledge. I learned a completely different way of going about my craft. I truly believe that the techniques I’m bringing back to West Virginia, you won’t be able to find in another salon close by.
